Here is our 2011 photo! Following the picture, many of us grabbed the "Stink Bombs Away!" quest to cover Stormwind with stink bombs... apparently too many of us. We crashed the quest and everyone was stuck flying around Stormwind on a broom with no way to get home. Wouldn't be a Taint event without crashing the server somehow!
It's that time of year again! Time for the annual Wickerman burning and guild photo. Please join us on Sunday, October 30th at 11am PST (server time) in front of Undercity. Please remember that for the photo, we do not want people on their mounts so that we can accommodate as many people in the scene as possible. Following the photo, we will continue the tradition of doing something annoying to the Alliance, so come on out and support your fellow Tainters. See you there!

Here is a down and dirty guide to Proudmoore Pride. The Horde guilds start at Mor'shan Ramparts in the northern Barrens. We depart at noon server time, sharp, on Saturday, June 25th.
Basic guidelines:
1. No PVP! At all, please. We will be marching nuts-to-butts with our co-host guild, The Stonewall Family, as well as many other Alliance members. If you see PvP actives trying to engage, please avoid and ask for an officer in guild chat. Ya’ll play pretty! 2. Griefers and “protesters” have shown up in increasing (but still small) numbers in recent years. This is how you know this event is the shiznit, when people protest it. Screw ‘em, ignore ‘em, and kindly re-read rule #1. 3. If you are in a float, listen for the /yell from Bigheadben who will give all floats a five minute pre-departure notice. Form up, and be ready to roll out with your float homies right at noon server. 4. Once we reach Ratchet, please cease all AOE and other types of eye bling. We traditionally have crashed the boat due to our lag largeness, and avoiding excessive visuals helps those of us with older/crappier CPUs. 5. The After Party is where it is at. Set up camp on the surface of Booty Bay, and assist others in waterwalking/floating and whatnot. Dance, flirt, and act like a big gay monkey. 6. Take screenshots and video to your <3’s content! Post and share online on the forums, Facebook, YouTube, etc. 7. Don’t forget our charity drive! Our goal is to break $1500 for Child’s Play and we are currently a hair over a third of the way to our goal. The Float Contest Horde floats depart at noon sharp from the Ramparts. RSVP on the Taint forums in the float-specific thread call-for-marchers. Pre-gather in costume under the direction of your float marshall. The order of departure this year is as follows: 1. Dykes on Bykes and Trykes 2. Sparkle Magic Float 3. Green Goblin 4. Bears on Display 5. The Rear Admirals
Visit the main news area of the Taint site to vote for your favorite float. The most popular float-by-vote wins the prize package. Voting is allowed until Tuesday, 6pm server time, after which the poll will be closed and the winner announced. The float marshall should periodically /y something along the lines of “Visit http://taint.rtgc.org to vote for your favorite float/this float/whatever”, but not too frequently. Don’t go crazy with it, mmmkay?
Guest Guild Hordeside, look for Tetumaru for an invite and possible summons for our guest guild <Taint for Today>. These folks are traditionally outfitted with a very bright pink, noticeable tabard, so when you see one, please go out of your way to be friendly and helpful to our guests.
